PFE Binary Options Trading Strategy For MT4
The PFE Binary Options Trading Strategy For MT4 is for opening trend-following binary options trades on the four-hour chart with expiry times of 16 to 24 hours.
We have a three-layered EMA indicator that forms what Is called a snake – it is quite similar to the representation of the Bollinger band indicator. Nevertheless, this indicator has a period of 34. It is three 34-period EMA indicators having different applied-price parameters.
They are applied to the respective closing, high and low pricing data. Then there are two other EMAs having period parameters of 9 and 100. The last indicator is known as the PFE indicator. It has a period of 9. The strategy of this system was titled after this very indicator - it is the main source of signaling.
Your binary options trades will follow a certain set of rules to open any call or put options. To open a call option trade the snake indicator has to be trading above the 100-period EMA. Furthermore, the PFE Indicator must cross the Moving Average heading upward. Then lastly, the price action must form a bounce off the snake or the 9-period EMA. Even if it touches these zones then that will also be fine.
Open a call position when these conditions are in order. You can re-enter a call option when the same conditions come into effect. Another good place to re-enter the market is when the price bounces up from the 100-EMA but just ensure that the PFE has crossed upward. To open a put option trade the snake indicator has to be trading below the 100-period EMA. Furthermore, the PFE Indicator must cross the Moving Average heading downward.
Then lastly, the price action must form a bounce off the snake or the 9-period EMA. Even if it touches these zones then that will also be good. Open a put position when these conditions are in order. You can re-enter a put option when the same conditions come into effect. Another good place to re-enter the market is when the price bounces back down from the 100-EMA but just ensure that the PFE has crossed downward.
