Sekar Forex Scalping Strategy For MT4
The Sekar Forex Scalping Strategy For MT4 is made solely for trading one particular currency pair - EURUSD. You may argue that this may not be good however, having a strategy that applies to one trading pair can be advantageous to you if done correctly.
You see, trading EURUSD has its pros because it has more volume than any other trading pair and furthermore it has a lower pip spread and lastly this is a scalping strategy. So being a scalping strategy means that the trading moments or opportunities (rather) shall be availed to you in abundance. Before we proceed further, always ensure that your chart - for this strategy - is configured to the five-minute time frame.
There are only four candles which make up this Sekar scalping strategy. The first one is a Fractals indicator, then there is a DeMarker indicator along with a 15-period Envelopes indicator. Two SImple moving average trading tools are also incorporated into this scalping system. They are configured to have a period of 15 for both high and low settings - thus forming an SMA channel in your trading screens.
Long entries are governed under the following rules - first off, you need to wait for the candle to close just below the envelopes indicator. Secondly, the demark should be in a zone known as overbought. Thirdly, there must be a fractal that forms - then wait for the first candle which forms soon after the arrows. You can close your buy trade the moment your trade gains 5 pips. Whereas your SL will be positioned 1 pip right below the recent swing low.
Short entries are governed by the following rules - first off, you need to wait for the candle to close just above the envelops indicator. Secondly, the demark should be in a zone known as oversold. Thirdly, there must be a fractal that forms - then wait for the first candle which forms soon after the arrows to open a sell. You must close your sell trade the moment your trade gains 5 pips. Whereas your SL will be positioned 1 pip right above the recent swing high.
