Seven CCI Binary Options Trading Strategy For MT4
The Seven CCI Binary Options Trading Strategy For MT4 uses a stack of CCIs and EMAs to evaluate the momentum of a trend. The trend momentum is critical to this strategy because this informs the trend motive to buy or sell relative to the gauged bullish or bearish momentum.
This trading system is binary in nature (intentional pun) - by that, I am explicitly implying that the system can be used for trading binary options or for scalp trading purposes - the same rules can be applied dynamically.
There are two main indicators used here as previously mentioned in the opening part - EMAs and CCIs. The EMAs tally up to eleven in total whereas the CCIs come to a total of 7. The color scheme or theme for this system is twofold - you will notice magenta and blue colors in your screen The group of fast-moving EMAs and CCIs are magenta and the group of slow CCIs and EMAs are blue in color. This is important because it basically helps you to evaluate the market direction and momentum.
Let us now look at the binary options specific trading rules for this strategy because as I mentioned earlier that this system can be used for both binary options trading and scalp trading. These rules dictate to you whether to take a put option or call option. In the case of the put option trade - the magenta EMAs have to be under the group of blue EMAs.
Then the group of magenta CCIs has to be under the group of blue CCIs. Once that is confirmed you are eligible to place put trade at the opening of the next candlestick. Then for a call entry - the group of blue EMAs must be under the group of magenta EMAs. Secondly, the group of blue CCIs must be under the group of CCIs. Once these conditions come into effect you can then proceed onto opening a call option at the beginning of the new candlestick.
You can use this same strategy for scalping - it works on the fifteen-minute time frame and the five-minute time frame. However, it is applicable to a few currency-pairs.
