The R2 Arrow Binary System For MT4 is a channel based trading method that uses the relative strength index in the identification process of buying and selling signals.
It becomes hard for the new investor as the regular RSI has a latency issue. But the ex4 files of this system curates the signal in a very professional way and pave the path of success. The R2 arrow system can be deployed in a conservative and aggressive manner.
We will stick to the conservative manner and use double arrow marking to take our trade. The time frame in which we will trade depends on the volatility of the market. When the volatility is super high, we will focus on the minute 30 and above chart so that we can compensate for the noise. On the contrary, M5, M15 even the M1 chart is fair enough when the average hourly price movement is less than 50 pips. Let’s find the process of trade execution with this method.
Call option setup
The channel is a critical part of the R2 Arrow Binary System For MT4. We know the R2 arrow edge depends on the RSI value but to find out the support level, we have to depend on the channel. The green dynamic line in the template is our support level. Any bullish bar formation is a strong sign that we will spot the bullish or green buying arrow.
But we can’t take the trade with one single arrow as the method will be a bit more aggressive. In the first arrow, consider it as an alert and assess the important parameters. For instance, look at the payout for the trade setup.
The payout for the trade setup needs to be 75% or else taking the trade will be an immature act. Note the green buy arrow mark must be very close to each other or else, you must ignore the signal. At times you might have overlapping arrow mark and this setup can be considered as an excellent call option opportunity.
Put option setup
Anticipating the price will go lower suggest us to take the put option. The price of the asset must touch the red line of the channel and have a close well below it. The pro prefers candles having a closing below the opening price. Stay calm until you get the first red selling arrow mark above the channel.
In the first red mark, you can take short trade but for that, you have to take PA confirmation. Learning the PA confirmation trading technique is a bit hectic so people often prefer to take the trade with the double bearish arrow mark.
Open the put option when you get two adjacent selling signals in the chart right above the channel resistance.
Dealing with the single arrow mark
Finding multiple arrow mark at the demand or supply zone is a daunting task. In fact, you will miss many good signals due to such a conservative approach. Those who are not so skilled at analyzing the PA pattern must rely on the conservative method since it is better to have some losing trades rather than taking aggressive orders to earn more money.
In case, the single arrow is traded, the bullish and the bearish pin bar can be used. To reinforce the idea, the channel support or resistance level must coincide with the horizontal SR level or the trend line. The risk exposure for single arrow trade execution should be scaled down to 1%.
Even if the PA is used, you should not take a 2% risk. The expiry period for taking the trade with a single arrow mark must be higher than 60 minutes. Considering the complexities of taking trades with a single arrow mark, it might be a wise option to look for an adjacent arrow mark.
